The Exmoor Food Festival is celebrated every February to bring together and showcase the best of local restaurants on and around Exmoor.

Some of our local favourites are joining in with this year's Exmoor Food Fest, giving the opportuity to acknowledge the talent of local Chefs and the quality of produce from around the area.

The Martlet is a pub we regularly recommend to our guests; if you are feeling energetic then it is a good option for a Sunday walk and pub lunch; however we often enjoy evening meals there.  For the food festival this year the chef has teamed up with award winning chef Tim Zekki from Duende in Wiveliscome to offer a fabulous tasting menu on the 17th February, and are also offering a special fixed price menu for the duration of February to celebrate the festival.

The Exmoor food festival has a website, an instagram account and a facebook page; so have a look at the restaurants who are taking part; the images of some of the delicious plates really show off the talent locally - and we are sure they will taste just as good as they look!

The Hartnoll Hotel is 30 mins drive south in Tiverton; or you could choose to head north towards the Quantocks and enjoy lunch at The Farmers Arms in Coombe Florey who are also taking part.
