    Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor at the far end of the house. It's spacious, with a large en suite wet room, and is fully accessible for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility. There are zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as a superking or twins, and there are two extra single beds - so this makes a great family room. If the additional beds are required to sleep 15 or 16 adults then there is an additional charge for this - please see chargeable extras.

    Bedroom 2 is the largest room in the house, with an en-suite shower room, zip and link beds (super king or twin) and the option of two extra 2ft 6in singles suitable for children - so another excellent family room. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide panoramic views across the countryside.
