Exciting new outdoor game for our guests.

The modern game of boules is thought to have descended from a centuries-old version traditionally played on beaches by sailors on shore leave, in which cannon balls were used in place of today'sspecially-made balls.  Our guests now have a full 3m x 12m pitch, placed between the games room and the pool.  To those of you that know The Cottage Beyond you will have worked out that a this has taken a chunk out of the original parking area.  So to ensure all cars are catered for we have expanded the parking area closer to the front door.  Let's hope many a happy hour is spent throwing the balls towards the cochonnet.
