Self catering accommodation for large parties and celebrations in Somerset
A unique, spacious family home which has been transformed from a modest farmworker’s cottage into a fabulous architect-designed contemporary residence brimming with ‘WOW!’ factor.
The house is set in a secluded landscaped garden at the heart of the family’s 260-acre organic farm. Across the lawn lies the stunning Spa Hall with indoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna for your exclusive use. Guests have the freedom to explore the entire farm. There are ponds and woodlands, eggs to collect, animals to talk to and fields with views to the Quantocks and Blackdown Hills. The Bathealton Stream bubbles across the farm to Watery Lane and Pooh Sticks Bridge.
We can accommodate up to 14 adults and 2 children in 6 comfortable bedrooms, making The Cottage Beyond the perfect place for family holidays, get-togethers with friends, special celebrations, hen parties, stag parties, reunions and festive gatherings. Arrangements can be made for catering, cakes and more.
Once here, there’s no need to use the car. You can swim and relax in the Spa Hall, enjoy the gardens, cook up a barbecue, play badminton, clock golf or croquet, or snuggle up in front of the open fire and watch a movie. BT Sport, SKY Sports & Movies and Wi-fi are all on hand. There are shelves of DVDs and books, and games galore, including table tennis, table football and Giant Connect 4, and for children there is a roundabout and trampoline, swings and a slide. You can picnic in the woods or set off on one of many walks around the glorious farm.
If you wish to venture further afield, our picturesque corner of Somerset offers attractions for everyone, including pub-goers, garden-lovers, thrill-seekers and children.
